Orders are placed by phone with a Fiberspeed representative. Pricing, monthly payment amount, and device availability are confirmed verbally at the time of your call and are subject to change until your order is finalized.
If you choose to pay in monthly installments, your representative will provide, before you agree to the plan:
Payment plans are extended directly by Fiberspeed; we do not sell or transfer your payment plan to a third-party lender. Missed payments may result in late fees, suspension of the plan, or referral to collections, as disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses, typically within 1–2 business days of approval, though timing can vary based on stock and location. Fiberspeed is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns: Devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the device arrived defective or was not as described. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned device.
Warranty: All devices come with a 90-day Fiberspeed limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs. To file a warranty claim, call us with your order details.
All phones sold by Fiberspeed are unlocked and intended to work with most major U.S. carrier networks. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their specific carrier and plan before ordering. Fiberspeed is not affiliated with any wireless carrier; see our full disclosure on the Home page.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before the device ships. Once a device has shipped, the standard Returns policy above applies instead of cancellation.
Fiberspeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased device, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern that order.
